Abstract Submission - ITSCON 2026

The organising committee of ITSCON 2026 invites abstract(s) for consideration as a competitive oral or poster presentation to showcase the research prowess of post-graduate and post-doctoral residents as well as early-career endocrinologists and physicians.

  • Oral / E-Poster
  • E-Poster (Viewing only)

Presenting Authors Category

  • The presenting author must be a registered delegate/faculty for ITSCON 2026

Abstract Format

Abstracts should be structured under the following headings:
  • Introduction, Method/Case Report (for case reports), Results & Conclusion.
  • Maximum word limit: 300 words.
  • The title and abstract text must be entered separately in the fields provided on the submission website.
  • Author names and affiliations must be included in the Title page/First page file.
  • Preferred font: Times New Roman
  • Font size: 12 for text, 18 for title.
  • Only one table is allowed (minimum font size 10 pt). Figures are not allowed within the abstract but may be included later during the presentation/e-poster.
  • The Scientific Committees decision regarding selection for oral or e-poster presentation is final.

Guidelines

  • Abstract submission will only be through the ITSCON 2026 website www.itscon2026.com.
  • Abstracts should not have been published/presented elsewhere.
  • Clicking "Submit abstract" will redirect you to the online submission portal for the Thyroid Research & Practice (TRP), where you must log in or create a new account to proceed.
  • Abstracts can be original research, meta-analyses, case series or case reports with novel findings.
  • All selected abstracts will be published in a special edition of the Thyroid Research & Practice (TRP), the official journal of the Indian Thyroid Society.
  • The Scientific Committee reserves full rights regarding abstract selection and presentation format.
  • The Oral & Poster presentation will happen in Leela Palace on 14th August 2026.
  • The best oral presentation/e-poster and runners-up will receive certificates and/or prizes.
  • Judging will be done by a panel of eminent experts and their decision will be final.
